Experience the terroir of the Pacific Northwest, tasting extraordinary wines from Oregon's acclaimed Willamette Valley, perfectly paired with a luxurious 5-Course dinner by Chef David Burke.
 

6:30 pm light passed appetizers & sparkling wine upon arrival
7 pm seated dinner

$185 per person (plus tax)

Reception

Sparkling Wine 
Tuna tartar on crispy rice, spicy aioli
Beef and kimchi potstickers
Beef and sesame on salt blocks

 

First Course

King Estate Pinot Gris
Marinated scallops, rhubarb, chamomile

 

Second Course 

Roserock Chardonnay by Domaine Drouhin, Eola Amity
Duck Dumpling, braised artichoke, spring vegetables, Chardonnay and basil oil reduction

 

Third Course

Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills
Seared Skate, clams, chorizo, chanterelles with clam fumet, crispy artichoke

 

Fourth Course

Beaux Freres "The Willamette"
Aged beef, seared trumpet mushroom, fava bean and mushroom ragu

 

Fifth Course

Willamette Valley Vineyards Riesling, Oregon
NOT SO HUMBLE, Key Lime Pie
   Golden Plums, crispy citrus meringue

 

Tickets must be purchased in advance.  A  20% service charge, including gratuity will be added to final bill.
